Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew0000 (549V5AV)

I've just bought my laptop. The warranty is saying 9 months left. Why? The warranty check is also showing an additional warranty with 19 months left. I would expect the base warranty to be good for 12 months from my date of purchase and I've no idea what the additional warranty is. Can anyone explain please? I've given up trying all the support and virtual assistant routes as that just goes round in circles.
