I just bought a HP OMEN laptop – 24GB memory, Intel Ultra 7, 1TB SSD, 16” display, 2560 x 1600 res. Nvidia GeForce RTX graphics (240 Hz refresh rate).
Although I knew it was a “gaming laptop” , it was not my intention to use it for games at all. I bought it on the recommendation of the HP Chat attendant who could not find any other non-gaming laptops with a higher display resolution.
With that said, I am experiencing frequent annoying notifications from HP OMEN in respect of the OMEN GAMING HUB. I have opened this app once only, and have since never bothered to get near it. But I am getting “in your face” notices just like un-wanted ads.
Questions/Request for Help

1)  – Is there a way to remove the “gaming aspects” of the software that was bundled with this HP OMEN?

2) - Will removing the OMEN GAMING HUB app have side effects to Windows 11 stability and integrity?
Would be highly grateful for any tips or guidance – I use this laptop for work, and the gaming aspects are interrupting my screens too much.
Thanking you in advance for your attention.
