Even this Support board doesn't have any Category for general account/sign on issues and is just like HP Online Support - very very product driven!!!

 

My issue should be a simple fix but to say it has been a saga is an understatement. 

 

I placed an order with a mis-typed email address. I contacted UK post sales support and the guy said it was impossible to change the email address on old orders! what, really for an IT company the internal systems and support staff capabilities don't extend to doing something as basic as this?

 

So long story short, all I wanted was the email address changed on the order so I can track the Order and ensure I receive the VAT invoice email once order is dispatched (I need this as it was a business purchase). 

 

I was also NOT able to change the email address on the business account that was created using the order details so can't and won't place any more orders with HP until this sorry saga is sorted out.
