Product: HP EliteBook 840 G3 Base Model Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Everything was fine. Almost. HP Audio Analytics service was using more than 20 percent of cpu usage so I decided to delele HP Hotkey Support. After that not only hotkeys don't work but an empty HP Hotkey Support dialog window appears every time I press Fn + F5 or F6 or F10.

 

Before deleting HP Hotkey Support, I had installed latest HP Hotkey Support (HPHKS) 8.10.35.44647 Rev.A driver. After that I was surfing the Internet to find HP Hotkey Support but I didn't find it. The only thing I found was HPHKS driver which I had already installed so I decided to reinstall it. It didn't help.

 

I suppose I have to install HP Hotkey Support program but where is it???

 

How can I fix it? I'm looking forward to your reply. Thank you all in advance.
