Product: HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hotkeys are not working on an Elitebook x360 1080 G7 with a fresh Win 10/64 install.

 

I installed the driver https://ftp.ext.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp56501-57000/sp56876.exe

 

Bios is up to date and does not have an option to turn hotkeys on/off

 

Any suggestions?

Hi:

 

You have requested help for two different model notebooks.

 

X360 1030 G2

 

x360 1080 G7 -- there's no such model.

 

There is 1030 G7

 

Which one do you need the hotkey support driver for?

 

This one is for the G2...

Sorry for the confusion, the correct model number is X360 1030 G2.

 

Neither of those drivers helped though.

Unfortunately if that driver didn't get the hotkeys to work, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.
