I need help with unlocking my PC internal drive or disk so I can transfer data from my PC to my Macbook pro. I asked an Apple customer service rep about how to do this, but they can't do anything until after the internal drive or disk is unlock. Hopefully, you understand what I wrote. I attached screenshots, so you know what I mean. If you need any more information, let me know.
Can anyone help me?

I don't understand why your internal drives would be locked -- that is not the default setting.
Your pictures are not showing up because posted pictures have to get Admin approval and we don't know when that will happen. So in the meantime, please provide the details in writing.
