I accidentally deleted video from my HP laptop, and I don't have a backup. Is there any way to recover the deleted video?

NOT -- without spending some money and doing some work.

The file is not actually GONE; instead, it is just hidden from Windows -- but it has been marked as usable space, so the more you use the PC, the less likely you will be able to recover it.

I have used GetDataBack by Runtime to recover files like this -- but you have to buy it and install it and then do a scan of your entire drive.  It will put up a file directory that looks like File Manager, and you can then scroll though that directory looking for the file and if found, do a retrieval.

There is no way natively in Windows you can do this -- you need special data recovery software.
