Product: Hp EliteBook 840 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I face a problem. When i got to mouse settings then additional mouse, i didn't found synaptics driver settings (like red mark logo) + it shows it need to delete. then i delete it and download a new drive. After all the result is nothing. it all occurs at Hp EliteBook 840 G2 Laptop.Screenshot 2026-10-08 222355 (Issue).png
