You should not have to download any files to activate MS Office 2010 at that came out before MS started using Click-to-Run versions that provided their license via emails from MS.
If you do not have the product key, we can not help you because even if the PC came with MS Office 2010 preloaded, HP maintains no records of individual MS Office keys for individual PCs.
