Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15z-ee000 CTO

I'm having trouble being able to cancel my HP Care Pack I subscribed to back in Dec. of 2022. I check the My Subscriptions area, and it doesn't show in there. I checked the confirmation receipt email, and clicked the You can cancel your subscription at any time here, but that didn't allow me to cancel either, and I am still being charged.
