How can I delete my HP account?

How can I delete my HP account? Not just for the HP community, but in general. I haven't found a single way, especially as there isn't even any real support, at most for the HP products (only by phone (for a fee as I no longer have a warranty)) but not for the account.

I filled in the form over a week ago now, but apart from the automatic emails, I have not received a reply, although it was said that a reply would come within 4 working days at the latest.
