Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Alt-keyboard sequences only work when entered on the numeric keypad. Since the latest X360 Envy no longer has a numeric keypad and not even a numlock key, how can one enter an alt-code key sequence (such as ALT-0128 for the Euro Symbol)?
