Product: BLUETOOTH FOR HP 15 NOTEBOOK PC F9H21UA#ABA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP 15 Notebook PC, product #F9H21UA#ABA and I'm trying to determine if it has Bluetooth.  If no Bluetooth, I'm trying determine where I can find a Bluetooth driver to install.  I'm trying to use Zwift and the application needs to pair with my smart bike trainer.

Your machine is an HP Pavilion 15-n210dx TouchSmart Notebook PC, its specs

It only has 1x1 802.11b/g/n WLAN  adapter, no Bluetooth. You can use following option

    

            http://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/p/targus-bluetooth-4-0-usb-adaptor-taacb75au


There are many brands and models around, cheaper too.
