Hi, I'm trying to know if I can get Advanced options in bios. I did update my bios to see if that's the problem but I didn't see a Advance tab. I want to know if my Laptop/motherboard supports it, I'm trying to enable xmp because my ram is stuck at 2133. System Model HP Laptop 14-cf0xxx and my bios version is Insyde f.76 rev 5.- but when I go to bios shows InsydeH20.

Hi:
HP BIOS' do not have the option to access any advanced settings.
I remember reading on this forum a while ago that someone was able to use some software program to hack into the advanced settings but was dismayed that none of them could be changed anyway.
What model processor does your notebook come with?
The memory is only going to run as fast as the processor will support.
Looking at chapter 1 of the service manual, if your notebook has one of the Intel 7th gen core processors listed, the max speed the memory can run at is 2133 MHz.
