Good morning, it has been a while, I don't even remember the date  whe I bought my laptop, the model is; HP Laptop 15-dy1043dx. I don't rember my pasword and also don't have one USB flash drive to reset my password. How can I get access to my computer?

Hi:

 

Use the HP cloud recovery tool on another Windows PC and make a bootable USB recovery drive to reinstall the original HP factory software image on the drive.

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows | HP® Support

 

Since you have to use the software on another PC, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.

 

Your PC's product number is 192L0UA#ABA
