I purchased the 3-year HP warranty with 24/7 support, but that promise is absolutely not true. There's no real 24/7 service. The customer support is unhelpful and nearly impossible to reach—I've spent hours trying to get through to someone, with no resolution.
This is now the second HP computer I’ve owned that has completely failed within the warranty period, and still, I can't get meaningful assistance.
Even worse, it seems like HP blocks genuine reviews on their website—there's no option to leave feedback, and the reviews that are displayed look highly curated or fake. I would not recommend HP based on my experience with both the product quality and the service. how do I let othere know
