Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was able to see the HP registration in HP Jumpstarts before but I closed it immediately because I want to do it later. Then, lately, I searched about Jumpstarts and it shows that I can register my pre-installed McAfee app in it. But when I opened Jumpstarts again, the registration doesn't appear anymore, so I registered my HP laptop on the web but I cannot register the McAfee app anymore. I tried logging in to McAfee personal security app (the pre-installed McAfew app) but it says "Something Went Wrong, Please Try Again", so I don't know what to do anymore.

This seems to be an issue with the McAfee app.

I request you to contact McAfee to fix this issue.
