Hello, I decided to do a clean re-install of windows 11 in my laptop, wen I went to the hp software&driver website not all of the software and drivers are listed there. I want to re-install all of the pre-installed software in my laptop.

The HP "software and drivers" repository for your model is not complete.

 

(1) Backup <all> personal data (documents/pictures/videos etc...) to external <USB hard drive>

 

(2Please reinstall your operating system !

You need to prepare bootable <USB flash drive>
