I set up an email account but it won’t send or receive emails. What could the problem be? I’ve checked the email server to ensure my UN and PW are there and active. The login process indicates it’s SSL auth required. However I get error messages saying cannot connect using SSL. I do see when I go to server that it’s “not safe” so perhaps their ssl cert expired. Would that prevent me from sending and receiving emails? Is the only resolution to wait until updated cert is loaded?

Sorry, but you will have to contact your e-mail provider for instructions on how to configure IMAP -- as we have no way of know what they require.
