HP Pavilion x360 - 15-br033nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had been having trouble with ANY installation of WIndows (Recovery, Reinstalling, Restoring, Clean Install, etc.) for about a month and after looking EVERYWHERE online I came to realize that a common (not commom enough for an official update or fix from Windows) issue, is that the specific update, for my specific computer, and the OS build...has a pretty annoying error. Once I install Windows, the touchpad mouse on my notebook and the keyboard on my notebook, both stop functioning completely. Someone suggeted disabling "automatic updates" for Windows 10 and/or disabling the feature that won't allow updates, when I select that I am on a "metered connection." So basically, I can't connect to the internet. Once I update my Notebook, it  renders the touchpad and keyboard, usless. Is there an easy or not so easy, way to fix this or even "band-aid" it so that I can use my computer, without needing the "on screen keyboard" which I hate, or needing a USB mouse and keyboard. I'm so frustrated with not being able to use my computer, so I appreciate any suggestions and any help that is offered.

You can uninstall Microsoft updates from normal Windows update procedure. Please try

(a) Hold down Win key then press I

(b) Click Update and Sercurities,

(c) Click Viw Update History,

(d) Click Uninstall updates

Now select which one then Uninstall.

Regards.
