Hi @crc4206,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are trying to access the Advanced settings in the InsydeH20 F.35 Rev 5.0 BIOS to unlock CFG on your system.

On systems that use InsydeH20 BIOS, there is no supported method to unlock hidden Advanced menus. What you see in the BIOS interface is what is officially available for your specific model.

HP does not provide an option, key combination, or supported procedure to reveal additional hidden BIOS settings.

If a setting such as CFG Lock is not visible in the BIOS menu, it means it is not exposed or configurable on that system.

Attempting to modify or flash a custom BIOS to unlock hidden menus is not supported and can permanently damage the motherboard, as well as void any remaining warranty.

If you would like, please share the exact model number of your system and what you are trying to achieve by unlocking CFG. I can then advise if there is a supported alternative available.

I hope this clarifies the situation.

Take care and have a blissful day 😇.

Hi @crc4206,

Thanks for your response.

Please note HP does not officially allow or provide an option to unlock the CFG (Configuration) lock in their standard consumer or business BIOS/UEFI settings.

I hope this helps.

Thank you for that information @Deep_World. Is there any way I can i can get the setup file for InsydeH2O F-35 Rev 5.0 ?

HP Recommended

Hi @crc4206

Thanks for your repsonse.

The InsydeH2O BIOS (including version F.35 Rev 5.0) is designed by HP with certain advanced options hidden. This is to protect the system from instability or hardware damage that can occur if unsupported changes are made. Because of this, there isn’t an official “setup file” or unlock method available from HP to expose those hidden menus.

I hope this helps.
