Unfortunately, that would not be possible because the processor is an integral part of the motherboard.
There is a way that you can bypass the W11 hardware checks so you can install W11 22H2.
It worked for me on two PC's, and on two, it did not.

On the 2 PC's where it did not work, I used the free Rufus v3.18 utility to make a bootable ISO file using their W11 hardware check bypass option and that worked fine.
But you will have to reinstall all of your programs and files if you clean install W11.
