Hello,
I am the owner of a laptop Spectre x360 with [personal information removed], product number P3L16EA, the laptop was stolen on 19.03.2019 from my house and i need to provide a MAC address to the police.
I have tried to check log history from my wireless router but only 2 days were stored and laptop was probably connected a month ago, so that did not help.
Can anyone guide me how can i find MAC address based on SN or how can i locate this device?
Thank you,
Sebastian

Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP Support Community!
First off, in terms of the MAC address, HP keeps no records of those, so there is nothing we can do for you.
Second, this is only a Support Community staffed mostly by volunteers and we can do nothing to track or recover missing property.
If you were signed into your device using a Microsoft account (you would know because your login screen would have shown an email address), then you can follow these instructions from Microsoft:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/11579/microsoft-account-find-and-lock-lost-windows-device
But, if you were signed in to your device using a local account, then you are basically out of luck.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
