Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Every time i attempt to remove "S Mode" my computer will not allow it, but i need certain apps for classes and the system won't allow it.

Hi:

 

If the method for how to switch out of S-Mode at the link below doesn't work, your only other option would be to clean install W11.

 

Switching out of S mode in Windows - Microsoft Support

 

To clean install W11, back up any personal files you have saved to a portable hard drive or USB flash drive.

 

Then use the W11 media creation tool to create a bootable USB installation flash drive that will install the 'regular' version of W11 Home.

 

You want the 2nd option at the link below.

 

You'll have to use another PC running a Windows 64 bit operating system to create the installation media with.

 

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

 

After W11 installs, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
