Everything being stored to my small SSD which I want to leave only for system files (C:).  How to change default storage location for programs, restore points, etc to drive D:???????

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

 

Sorry, but there is no single command that will change the default storage location for all the items you want; instead, you have to change it for each item, individually.

 

Each program has its own settings, and you would have to go into each program to change those.

 

Each Browser also has its own settings, and you have to change those, individually, as well.

 

Restore points go to the same partition they support, so they can't be moved to a different partition.
