When researching medical materials, I need to copy/save pictures to my computer for later use in a PowerPoint presentation. How do I use the key board to copy/save/paste the image to my computer?

If you are seeing the picture online using a browser, then you first have to save the picture -- and doing that depends on the browser you are using.
In my case, I right-click the image on the screen and select "save image as" and a window opens, where I select a target folder and provide a filename.
You need to realize, though, that many online images are proprietary and the option to save will be grayed-out. If that happens, you need to do a screen capture. I do that using Corel Paint Shop Pro -- which I bought. But I believe you can also do this using Paint from Microsoft. But you would have to Google online about HOW to do that.
