Has anyone in Australia found a way to lodge a warranty dispute? There's currently nothing wrong with my laptop but at just over a year old there's no way it can be unwarranted legally. I lodged a basic support request and got shut down, and the standard "how to dispute your warranty" instructions don't seem to be applicable for Australia. Many thanks all!

Hi @ianjt

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I am sorry that you are facing issues with it. We are here to help you.

May I know which link are you using to raise concerns to correct the warranty? I would suggest you please use the link below and follow the steps to raise warranty correction: https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/ish_2534210-1364541-16

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

1. Type HP Support Assistant into the Windows 10 search bar and click on the app.
2. Click on the Warranty tab within the app.
3. The pop-up in front of you should display whether your device's warranty is in force or not, and how long it will remain that way.

Regards,
John
