How do I establish using both the English and Spanish languages

I currently am able to write in English.  How do I set up for writing ALSO in Spanish?

You need to tell us specifically what you mean by "writing in Spanish".

You can load multiple language packs into Windows so the OS can use different languages, but it can only use one at a time, obviously.  It can't display multiple languages.

So, I don't know what you are trying to do.
