I recently bought this HP Omen used. The person who had it before installed an Alienware hard drive and now my laptop thinks it is a Dell Alienware17 R5. Is there a way to download everything or reset this hard drive and have it read as a HP Omen and have the features that came with the original Hard drive? I am not able to control my keyboard lights due to the command center installed is Alienware not Omen?

If your notebook was made in 2016 or later, it is probably supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
