How do I get HP to acknowledge that I purchased an extended warranty, but never received?

HP Recommended
Pavilion Gaming Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On Jun 29, 2021 17:17:39 PDT I purchased the extended warranty for my laptop, because the factory one was set to expire toward the end of August. HP charged my PayPal account $73.69 for the warranty, but as of yet I have not received any acknowledgement of the purchase and I am still receiving notices that the factory warranty has expired. Thank you.

The link provided didn't work. Besides, last time I checked, it still says that my factory warranty is expired, which is correct. I purchased the extended warranty, but have never gotten any acknowledgement from HP and my PayPal account was charged for it on June 29th.
