How do I go between "insert" and "overstrike" on my HP Probook 430 G7?

There is no insert key on my keyboard. How do I insert/overstrike?

Bring up the run box and enter OSK, then use the insert key when calling the on-screen keyboard. In addition, there are hotkey settings in the keyboard driver. You can replace some infrequently used keys with INSERT keys
