Hi - can anyone help with installing an external USB G55 mike please?

You simply plug in the mic to a USB port and Window should then see the mic and install the drivers.

 

If this is NOT working, then Windows is NOT seeing the mic and you have to contact the manufacturer to get drivers from them because HP does not supply drivers for other equipment.
