How do I install the new Windows Secure Boot certificates?

I still have the old ones that expire in June, the SMBIOS Type1 version field does NOT contain the SBKPFV3 substring, Windows Update shows no new updates available, the HP Support Assistant cannot find any new updates, the HP Support website keeps sending me to the 404 error page when I try to look for updates online, and the page on the HP website dealing with this (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_13070353-13070429-16) is unhelpful.

Microsoft will eventually deliver the update.

It will be sent via Windows Update, and it will be labeled 'Secure Boot Allowed Signature Database (DB) Update.'

You will have to restart the PC after the update is installed and after it has installed, it will be found in the Windows Update>Update History>Other updates section.

I got the update from Microsoft yesterday for my HP 15-ee0047nr notebook that has an older BIOS revision from November of 2024.

I got one in January of this year for my HP Stream Pro G4 EE which has a BIOS version from August of 2023.
