How do I obtain the history of what my printer has printed?

Hello does anyone know how I can obtain my printers history history? I’m trying to figure out what has been printed in the last week.

In this particular instance, the missing printer model information might not make any difference to the answer.

I believe perhaps a few of the big Enterprise Laser printers keep a sort of running check on what's been printed.

What else?

InkJet printers and most others simply do not know what they have printed.

The printer itself keeps a tally of the number of jobs -- that is, a total cumulative number of prints and perhaps scans  -- there is no detailed job history.

Windows can be set to keep track of print jobs -- the feature must be set up ahead of time.

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Tools > Printer Reports > Select Report to print
