Hello,
Can someone tell me how can I request for Netflix and McAfee subscriptions included on my HP Gaming 15? It says on the websites that I have this included, but nothing is on the Laptop guide or even on the Laptop itself (it was without SO, so....).

If you don't purchase a version of the product that comes with an Operating System, you don't get software.
You'll have to purchase what you want, I think.
First, of course, you'll have to install Windows 10.
