Product: HP ENVY Laptop PC 13-ba1000 (1F4D5AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to type "@". Not sure how. As you can see in photo my laptop is one bought in Japan.  The "@" symbol is the third of 4 symbols on a single key. Shift and caps lock don't work. I don't know what to do.
