Thank you for response.
I was able to get to the Virtualization option to enable it.
Only still not able to view games.
Is there something else that needs to be done?
it reads Enable hardware assisted virtualization.

Please identify your HP notebook with a complete product name or product number.
You can easily find that in the BIOS system information tab or by powering on and immediately tappingb the Esc key.
In the startup menu click on the F1 key.

Thanks! Your notebook is a Pavilion 15-ab271sa model
Press the power button and then immediately start tapping the F10 key.
That will invoke the UEFI BIOS options windows.
Click on the System Configuration tab at the top.
You should see Virtualization Technology option.
Now Click where it says Disabled and then use the cursor to change the value to Enabled by clicking on it.
Now you have enabled the Virtualization Technology feature of your notebook's processor.
Press the F10 key and then click on Exit saving changes.
Your notebook will continue booting to Windows

Hi,
Since you state in your reply that you have already turned on Virtualization in BIOS. You might need to turn on Hyper-V in Windows. So go to control panel (clcik on start and type control and click on on control panel)
Go to programs and feautures and in the list on the left click on "Turn Windows Features on or off" Now enablre Hyper-V by checking it.
Hope it helps,
David
