HP Laptop PC 17-by4000 (18B36AV)

I recently flashed the bios to the latest version, and now it shows the SN as all zeros  Is there a way to recover or fix this?

Thanks!

Depending on the reason for needing - if the PC had Windows 10 installed by the manufacturer, the product key is embedded and not needed to reinstall Windows 10.  It has been sent to Microsoft's servers digitally.  Windows will be activated when it connects to the internet.

There is software that can read the product key - Magical Jelly Bean Keyfinder is most popular.  A link to a trusted site-
