My manufacturer warranty expired, and I purchased the extended warranty, “HP Care Pack”. I read the terms and conditions on the ADP coverage, if I’m interpreting correctly, the crack in the corner of my screen disabling the touch screen feature, is covered under this. Correct? If so how do I properly proceed to have my device fixed?
