Please tell me how should I install Microsoft office once it is uninstalled by mistake.

Most likely, you can't -- as the typical HP Recovery Media that you could use to restore your PC does not come with add-ons like MS Office.

 

You would have to contact HP Customer Support to see what they can do for you about this.
