How to Activate free MS365 office for HP Pavilion x360 bought on Currys

I purchased the HP Pavilion x360 on Curry's and Sold with free 1 year MS 365 office subscription. How to activate the free Subscription. there is no key in the Box and no emails about the Key. I tried to open the MS office app, its prompting me to pay and purchase and no response from curry's. Can someone help me to get Activation code or contact of HP to resolve my concern. Other issue is My Battery is absolutely poor, full charge only last for 4 hours of just browsing and movie or videos.

What is your machine ? Did it come with TRIAL version or something else ? Please ask Currys your self to get a key to activate.

The laptop advertised and sold in Currys with "Activate your 12 month subscription Microsoft  365 Personal Premium apps and services included with this PC." 

But, during activation Microsoft is prompting me to pay 59 GBP; As per seller i should get this subscription for free for 12 months. please check the details below

Please check my update i have added detailed screens. laptop advertised  with 12 month free Microsoft subscription. Windows was suppose to give option to activate it automatically. Not my office still requesting for payment
