I have a hp pavilion device and due to some reason I have to format my C drive and all hp default hp apps are gone. I found Some of them but most importantly I need the Hp Coolsencesoftware, which I found but can't install, this constantly shows to install Net framework 3.8 , but I have already installed net framework 4. What can I do, Please help me.

Hi:

You install the older versions of Net Framework (3.5) as follows...

Go to the Windows control panel>Programs>Turn Windows features on or off.

A box will open and the first item should be Net Framwork 3.5.

Check the box and follow the on screen instructions.

After net framework 3.5 is installed, you should be able to install the HP coolsense software.

The HP Coolsense software has been updated and incorporated into a new app called HP Command Center, which you can get from the Microsoft Store.

You don't need to do anything extra to install this app.
