Welcome to our HP Community forum!
Well, HP does not provide undervolting controls in the Omen 17 BIOS, and there is no supported way to "unlock" or bypass the hidden advanced menus. Modern Intel CPUs also have Plundervolt mitigations that lock out voltage-offset controls at the firmware level, so even non-HP tools such as Intel XTU or ThrottleStop usually cannot apply UV settings anymore.
In short:
You cannot access or bypass to reach hidden BIOS menus, and undervolting is generally disabled on current OMEN platforms for security and stability reasons.
If your goal is to improve temperatures or performance consistency, you can use these supported options instead:
OMEN Gaming Hub → Performance Control → Undervolting
(Available only on older OMEN models where the hardware permits it.)Manual fan tuning in OMEN Gaming Hub
Repaste processor/GPU (if out of warranty)
Keep the laptop elevated to improve airflow
Use a cooling pad
GPU undervolting is sometimes possible in software:
Nvidia GPUs: MSI Afterburner → Curve Editor
AMD GPUs: AMD Adrenalin → Tuning panel
But BIOS-level unlocking or bypassing HP protections is not possible and not supported on your HP Omen 17 laptop.

Thank you a lot for providing me some help, I'm gonna try GPU undervolting on Msi afterburner, it's my only solution after all. I've deleted Omen Hub to install OmenMon because his activity on the task manager was too heavy.
Thanks again
(I hope my english wasn't too awful)

You are most welcome -and no worries: your English is better compared with many native-born Americans!
