HP EliteBook 850 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The options in the configuration panel are greyed out.

I have installed the HP Client Security and I'm using it.

There's no option to activate face recognition though.

How would I activate this feature? I heard something about HP Protection Tools, but that would clash with the HP Client Security?

HP EliteBook 850 G5 is a series of many models/products with many options/configurations. Does your machine have option with a camera (called IR mamera) which supports Facial Recognition function ?

Regards.

@Banhien

How could I verify this?

I "see" IR camera's on the device though.

Thanks for your reply.

I am having the same issue here, with elitebook 1050 g1. The Facial recognition option is working well if I disable HP Security Client feature, however when using it, I can't use facial recognition. Anybody from HP to help us?!
