How to activate pre-included Office 2016 with my new HP Pavilion x360 - 13-u135tu

I bought "HP Pavilion x360 - 13-u135tu" today which comes with Office Home & Student 2016 included. The laptop even has a sticker pasted on it. but when i am opening word 2016, i am getting option to activate Office 365 (and not Office 2016). There are two options:

1) Enter Product Key - it is not provided. i have cross-checked the box.

2) Sign in - when i am signing in using my outlook account using which i logged it, it says the account is not associated with this ofice product...

Please let me know how can i activate pre-included Office 2016?

It should have the product key (COA sticker) to Microsoft Office Home & Student 2016 bundled along with the notebook inside the box.

If it is not there, kindly contact the retailer/seller to get it quoting the invoice receipt and evidence.

thank you... but i am not able to find any COA Sticker. And seller opened it infront of me. there was none. 😞

Got the office 2016 by contacting Microsoft Customer Service Executive. if Office does not work initially, try to uninstall and reinstall Office. Then Open Word 2016. It should prompt for redeeming the offer (MS Office 2016). And then follow steps. If it does not work, contact MS Support.
