Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Support assistant says I need to calibrate my battery, but I am not sure how to do that quickly and effectively. I want to do it overnight, or in less than 6 hours. My battery lasts about 45 min- 1hr if I am doing any work. I really need help.
