I order an HP Pavilion laptop last Friday. When they sent me the confirmation email, I found out that it will take 5 weeks before I get it. I badly need a laptop now, so I need to cancel it amd order a new one. The cancel link on their website does not work, it says system error. How do I cancel my order? Can someone help please?

I ordered an HP pavilion laptop. After I got the confirmation email, I found out that it will take 5 weeks before I receive the laptop. I badly need the laptop so I need to cancel it and order a new one. The cancel link on the HP website is not working. Can someone please help?
