Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just recently got the HP spectre x360 and it has a function with Hp System Event Utility Where I can open certain hp apps but can't find how to reprogram the listed apps to something actually useful. Is there a way to reprogram the button?Screenshot 2022-08-20 104058.png
