Product: ELITE BOOK 820 G3
Hi guys !
i'm facing an issue with some PCs that we got at work.
We are using a SCCM software to masterize all the PCs in our company.
The program read the system model of the pc and if this model is in the database we are able to masterize it otherwise we're not.
Now, we have changed a mother Board but the technician had wrote in the system model " elitebook 820 g3 base model Notebook PC " in SCCM we have for that pc the name "HP EliteBook 820 G3" .
i must modify that system name.
There's any way to change that name and correct it ? maybe by some sofware or from the bios ?
