HP Recommended

Hello. I'm using an HP All-In-One 22-dd0xxx desktop computer(The Board was being finnicky and wouldn't let me change it to Desktop) and recently ordered 2 8GB RAM sticks in order to upgrade the computer to 16GB RAM,  but is running  @3200MHz. From what I've found online, It seems as though the RAM inside this computer is running @1200MHz. I want to find out if (A. this even matters at all or if it's nothing to worry about and (B. if it is a large problem, how I can downgrade the frequency to 1200MHz. I found a few forums online that said that by accessing the "Advanced Options" section in the UEFI Utility, but I couldn't find it. If anyone could help me, that would be really appreciated. Thanks all.

Specs:

AMD Athlon 3050U @2.3GHz

4GB DDR4 RAM

256GB SSD Storage

Microsoft Windows 11 Home
